As this is my first post I thought I would get you all up to date on my weight loss so far.
I have currently lost 6stone and half a pound (that half a pound is important!! Ha)
For my target weight I want to lose just under 3 stone, so i'm on the end part of my journey finally. I've done this in just under 7 months using the Cambridge Diet. If your overweight and determined to lose weight then I recommend this without question, it will provide amazing weight loss in short period of time but also make sure that you get all required vitamins and nutrients throughout the day.
I decided to do this diet because I lost a stone previously but it took me a long time to do it and I was cheating a lot eating take-a-ways and basically not sticking to the diet. It got to the point where I realised I definitely needed to do something drastic and sort my weight out in order to get out and achieve my goals, and so far so good. I'm happy, have my dream job and my dream guy and finally looking forward to wearing a skimpy bikini this year on holiday and not feeling paranoid!
